Our office is open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

However, our technical team is on stand-by 24/7. If you need any assistance regarding the servicing of the equipment that you purchased from us, you can contact 6779 4500 for assistance.

When will my order be delivered?

For all orders with existing stock: Your order will be delivered within 4 working days. Our team will contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends) to arrange for delivery after you have placed your order.

For all backorders (i.e. orders with no existing stock): As we currently do not have stock of your order, we will contact you to arrange for the delivery of your order only when the ordered equipment arrives at our warehouse.

Can I request for a Tax Invoice after I have placed my order?
Yes, you can. Please call us at 6779 4500 or email us at enquiry@tyinnovations.com to request for your order’s Tax Invoice.

What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept payment by bank transfer, PayPal or Credit Cards.

What Credit Cards do you accept?
As we accept Credit Card payments via PayPal’s system, any Credit Card that PayPal accepts, we accept.

Based on the latest PayPal update (8 March 2019), we accept “Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards, or debit cards displaying a MasterCard, Visa or American Express logo”. (https://www.paypal.com/sg/smarthelp/article/which-cards-can-i-use-with-my-paypal-account-faq1119)

What if my order has a value that exceeds my Credit Card’s credit limit?
If your order has a value that exceeds your Credit Card’s credit limit, just choose the “Bank Transfer” payment option when you are checking out your cart.

Can you remove/help me to dispose of my existing equipment when you deliver my order?
Yes, we can. However, you need to request for us to remove/dispose your existing equipment and removal/disposal charges will apply. To request for us to remove/dispose your existing equipment or for more information on removal charges, please call us at 6779 4500 or email us at enquiry@tyinnovations.com.
